Returns

All the products can be returned within 30 days from the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received with the original packaging.


A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any possible returns. For international shipments, our shop is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.

 

Exchange

Product(s) can be exchanged within 30 days from the date you received it if the product is defective or the wrong item you received.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received with the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any possible exchanges.

 

Refunds

Order(s) can be refunded within 30 days from the date you received it if the product is defective or the wrong item you received.

Once we have received the returned product(s), we will conduct an inspection and provide notification of its return. Please allow for at least 5 business days from when we receive your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds through credit cards are time-sensitive, depending on the credit card issuer's policies.

If the parcel is returned because of local government import regulations, we will contact you directly, but the order(s) is only to be refunded by product value, NOT including the shipping cost. For more detail, please review our Shipping Policy.

Please note that all refunds DO NOT include shipping fees (for both original shipping and return shipping), and/or other fees such as courier transaction or customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.
